About Julia S. Hoyle
Julia has almost 30 years of experience in non-profit administration and consulting, which fuels her passion for helping businesses become more productive and profitable.
As a strategist for Nspired Business Solutions, her mission is to educate business professionals on how to grow their businesses.
Julia began her career in workforce development with the SC Department of Employment and Workforce. She started on the front-line and worked her way up to the Director of a three-county area. Further, her accomplishments include successfully rebranding the agency, growing the program from 2 to 8 employees, and doubling the funding to over $5 million.
Julia has the heart of an entrepreneur.
In 2010, Julia started her entrepreneurial journey by creating Your Connection, a customer relationship company. She gradually added other professional pursuits such as retail ownership when she purchased The Arts Company and later added career assessment software sales for Vocational Research Institute. In addition, Julia continued to add to her experience and passion for strategic networking while serving as a Director Consultant for BNI-Business Network International.
An Nspired Journey
Julia met Amy through her work with BNI. Amy's enthusiasm and creativity immediately drew her in. She felt the system Amy taught for growing businesses was a perfect fit for her introverted style. The Nspired system, paired with Julia's drive to teach, evolved into a partnership in 2015.
Giving Back
In addition to her professional roles, Julia has served on the following boards the Southeastern Employment & Training Association, Pickens Area SHRM, Safe Harbor, General Federation of Women’s Clubs, Seneca Junior Women’s Club, GFWC-Foothills Women’s Club, and Camelot Home Owners Association. Currently, she serves as treasurer for Palmetto Rug Bugs Guild and Regional Coordinator for the Association of Traditional Rug Hooking Artists.
Julia received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Erskine College. She has lived in South Carolina's upstate for most of her life and currently resides in Clemson with her husband, Kevin, and three rescue pets.
